Hello Again

Tracy

Wow, it's been a minute. I think about writing posts but usually at 2 AM, and by morning the thought is long gone. I was thinking this morning about how things have changed for me since I retired. My priorities for sure. But I've found that i'm more scattered than I was when working. I absolutely do better in a structured environment. I'm so thankful for the forgiving nature of friends, family and stitchers who put up with me!

We are officially in mud season here. I deep cleaned my little family room today and was shocked at how dirty it had gotten in such a short amount of time. We got our new golden (Abby) in December and the two girls do make a lot of mess. I'm now looking forward to spring when the door to the screened porch can stay open and the ground is dry. My vacuum, mop and washing machine or constantly in use!

It's market time and the designs that have been shown are just fabulous! Aren't we all so lucky to have such a variety of desgins to stitch?! My instinct is to order piles and piles of charts and then I remember how slow I stitch, how old I am and how many charts are waiting for me. Ugh!!!

I'm considering making a few changes for my current designs. And maybe those that will be released going forward. Especially my samplers. I don't have the kind of following that keeps my reproductions front and center. My fault as I'm terrible at promoting my work. So as I'm featuring a sampler each month on IG, I will be selling them directly from my site as pdf downloads. No physical charts as I don't want to ship. I will make an announcement when a chart is available.

I'll end with a few recent pictures of the dogs. Because they take up 90% of my time and energy. Soon you will start to see some gardening photos as well. Can't wait!!! Have a lovely week.
